Mother of the founder of "Tender May" is suing Shatunov's widow

Valentina, the mother of the founder of the group "Laskoviy May" Sergey Kuznetsov, filed a lawsuit against the widow of Yuri Shatunov, demanding that the will be declared invalid. This is stated in the court documents.

The details of the claim are not disclosed. It is only known that the court had previously changed the territorial jurisdiction of the case, with which Kuznetsova did not agree and appealed the decision. However, her complaint was rejected.

According to information from the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of Moscow, the date of the hearing on the civil case on the invalidity of the will has not yet been determined, RIA Novosti reports.

Sergey Kuznetsov died on November 7, 2022 in Orenburg at the age of 58, presumably from a heart attack. In addition to "Laskovy May", he was also the creator of the bands "Ink for the Fifth Class", "Steklovata", "Rainbow at Night" and the Spice Boys. Yuri Shatunov died earlier, on June 23, 2022, at the age of 48 from a massive heart attack.

Earlier, producer Andrei Razin filed a lawsuit to invalidate the will of the former lead singer of the group "Laskoviy May" Yuri Shatunov. Among the defendants in the lawsuit are Shatunov's widow Svetlana, son Dennis and daughter Estella.
